Non - Linear Movement works with the nervous system and helps to release, emotional, physical and mental contractions are held in the body. The nervous system is key to our bodies having healthy functionality.

How is Non - Linear Movement different from other classes such as yoga or 5 Rhythms?
Non - Linear Movement works with the participants individual process.
There is no group work, no touching, and it is non - directive.
There is no choreography or postures to follow and all participants move with their eyes closed.
Participants decide, by listening to their bodies, how they specifically want to move in the moment.
This method can be applied independent of fitness level or age and adjusted to fit anyone’s individual needs.
Is done in a safe workshop environment in which the nervous system feels relaxed enough to unwind and release.
