Do I need to stay the whole time?
I ask that people try to be on time as much as possible, but life happens. If you need to hop off early then no problem

WHAT DO I NEED FOR THE WORKSHOP
Comfortable clothing that you can move in. Access to zoom and audio/sound. I recommend using speakers or wireless headphones for best results. A quiet, private area for practice would be ideal (A bed also works) Optionally a yoga mat can also be useful but not necessary

How much space do I need?
A yoga mat’s worth or less

I’ve been really tired lately. Will I need a lot of energy for this kind of movement?
Absolutely not. Most people report that they feel gently nourished and regenerated after moving in this way

I HAVE MOBILITY CHALLENGES, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?
Yes. You get to decide how much or how little you move, and you can do this entire practice sitting in a chair or lying down if you wish

DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DANCE?
No. Classes do not involve any dancing.Only very gentle movement, which you will do with your eyes closed.The movement can be as subtle or expansive as you wish

I don’t like groups. Will there be group processing?
Even though this is a group class, I hold the ‘group’ very loosely. You can participate as little or as much as you wish, and there is no requirement to be a part of the group or share if you’d rather not
