Integrate Trauma x Restore Pleasure
HOW IT WORKS
phase 1: Finding safety + stability
Learn to stabilise instead of spiral. Developing these foundational skills will help you let go of numbing behaviours such as overeating, overcommitting, over working, over netflixing etc. We begin to develop your ability for healthy amounts of rest and increase your sense of sovereignty as your connection to yourself becomes more secure.
You’ll cultivate present time awareness (which helps with coming out of past trauma patterns) as well as begin to build healthy relational safety (which can help repair old ways of relating ) You may also begin to develop a more secure relationship with time so that there is more spaciousness and flow rather than anxiousness, and looping.
phase 2: Understanding your trauma responses and how to let go of them
We’ll explore maps so that you have a greater understanding of where you are, what you want and how to get there. This will help you let go of any shame that’s been keeping you small, as well as cultivate more compassion for yourself and your trauma responses as you heal.
phase 3: Expand your capacity to feel and understand your body’s signals
We’ll work on your interoception so that you’re able to understand in your body when you’re feeling a yes or a no. This will help you understand how you actually feel about something, rather then going along with others and give you more clarity to enforce your boundaries. This will also help you let go of people pleasing, over giving, or manipulating others to get your needs met.
phase 4: Meet, witness & dissolve old patterns
Once the body feels safe enough old patterns of behaviour come forward to be witnessed and metabolized. As old patterns begin to move, the energy that was being used to keep them in place is freed up meaning more more vitality and confidence for you to create the life that you want.
phase 5: compassion for the old, making way for the new
During this work, both your old and new ways of being may intermingle for a while as your system releases and metabolises trauma. I’ll be here to support you as your life ebbs and flows to find its new an increased level of stability, safety, confidence and self sovereignty.
phase 6: Integration
We’ll taper down slowly over time so that your system feels safe enough to continue its journey.

To see if I’m the right person to help you. These calls are not sales calls. They are a time for us both to feel into if its a right fit to work together. If it’s a yes from both of us, i’ll invite you into a feeler call.
your 60 minute feeler call
You can think of this session as a taster of the kind of work we’ll be doing during our time together. If after this its feeling good to continue we move into the intake phase.
1 x intake call
In this deep dive guided session there will be time to share with me what you’re hoping for during our time together. We’ll go through some questions together which will form the basis of the roadmap we’ll be using for your sessions. Of course this roadmap is flexible, but I’ve found it can help to have one when working in the misty lands of trauma.
6 x soul sessions
These will be bi-weekly or monthly depending on what feels right for you. In these sessions we let your body guide the pace, in order to meet what wants to arise in the moment. Over the course of our time together, we find that your unique blueprint of health has been revealed in order to heal and release, the way your body is designed to.
£125 per session.
SESSIONS LAST 75 MINUTES.
I RECOMMEND STARTING WITH 6 SESSIONS TO BEGIN WITH.
The first session will be the intake.
